A dog that pulls hard enough to hurt your arm, shoulder, or back isn't just untrained — it's a habit that's been reinforced every single walk. Fixing it takes the right approach, applied consistently, not another gadget.

Why K9 Calm
I teach your dog to walk politely regardless of what's on the end of the leash, and I teach you the handling skills to keep it that way.
How training works

-
A Plan Built for Your Dog — matched to your dog's size, drive, and current habits.

"I have a bad shoulder and couldn't walk my own dogs. Now I can, easily." — Bob
FAQ
My dog is really strong — can this still work?
Yes. Strength isn't the issue — the habit is, and habits can be retrained regardless of your dog's size or drive.
Do you use a specific leash or collar?
I'll recommend and teach whatever's right for your dog specifically, based on size, temperament, and history.
Is this the same as the reactivity or aggression training?
Not necessarily — pulling is often just a leash-manners issue. If your dog is also reacting to triggers, I'll fold that into the plan.
